The style and opulence of Marc Residence had to be matched with an equally stylish and luxurious condo unit, with beige and gold the theme of the entire home. The team at Three A’s Interior Design & Décor worked with this client previously on another unit in the same building, and so it was a synergy that was easily reproduced.

The family was going for the wow factor, and the team certainly delivered. Sleek panelling and cabinets, downlights, mirrors, glass shelves and oak wooden flooring created a rich interior that reflected well on the location of the building as well as the taste of the family. .

The condominium was to be home to an extended family, so it was important to have as much space for all generations – areas for leisure for the grandparents, study areas for the kids, as well as communal areas where the family could spend their time together.

The team managed the entire project from concepts right up to the detailing that went into the ceilings, skirtings, panelling and the window trimmings in every room. Using the detailed drawings the functionality of the rooms in terms of wiring and plumbing worked well with the design so no aesthetic value was compromised. The project was completed on time and within budget.
