The team at Three A’s Interior Design & Décor managed the entire project for the refurbishment of this corner unit at Desa Park City. Guided by detailed drawings and the experience of the team, each room was curated and created according to plan. A highlight of this home is the two corresponding kitchens. The wet kitchen is a long galley-style kitchen with plenty of room for food and appliances to be stored, with the dry kitchen facing the living room for food preparation and entertaining.

An often overlooked factor of interior design is the use of flooring. When creating a floorplan, rooms and spaces can be demarcated with different flooring. Kitchens often use tiles for ease of cleaning, whilst the living area can be wooden. In this home in Desa Park City, the owners wanted a seamless transition from living to kitchen, creating a spacious feel. Where else, upstairs, the flooring switched to wooden details, giving the feel of cosiness.

The client also requested for more storage space, which the team at Three A’s Interior Design & Décor designed. The cabinet for storage are interspersed with panels to showcase decorations, making a bulky item appear both practical and beautiful. Fresh ideas like this with unique details brought the whole home up to a higher level of comfort and style.
